FRAUD WARNING 08/11/23:  Be on your guard for suspicious activity on your PC or Laptop:

  •  Be vigilant if iBB is operating unusually slow on your PC or Laptop. Or electronic device.
  • Never respond to unexpected pop-up messages in iBB looking for any codes from your Digipass to:
    -Re-confirm payments already completed, or;
    -Re-confirm a beneficiary that has already been set-up by you.
  • Payments requiring multi-user authorisation can be viewed by navigating to the Authorisations tab within the Payments menu when logged into iBB.
  • Never respond to pop-up messages looking for logon information or checking your security settings. Although iBB presents error messages in pop-up windows, it will never ask you to input your login credentials or OTC/ TDS codes into a pop-up window.
  • When using your Digipass to authorise payments to new beneficiaries, ensure that you verify the bank account details against the invoice and not just against the details that appear on the iBB screen.

Protect your business by training your staff about fraud. Once they know what to look out for, they can spot a scam and take action.

That’s why the Take Five campaign – led by Financial Fraud Action UK Ltd - is encouraging the nation to do just that; to take time to stop, step back and think before they act.
