Expertise in Commercial Real Estate
Our Commercial Real Estate Team offer senior debt and related Treasury products for our Commercial Investment & Development clients. We have a deep understanding of the sector and seek to develop long standing relationships with key industry players.
We provide funding on both a bi-lateral and syndicate basis and will partner with experienced Investors to fund either single property or multi-property portfolios.

Investment
- We provide funding against both assets which are held solely for the purpose of being leased to third parties and owner occupied assets.
- We provide senior debt to fund investments in Office, Retail, Industrial and Logistics assets as well as newer sub-sectors such as Self-Storage Units and Data Centres.
- We are happy to lend into SPV structures, both domestic and international, so long as the asset being funded is located in the UK

Development
- AIB have a long history of providing non-speculative Commercial Development Finance across the UK, with a particular focus on strong regional and city centre assets.
- Development funding is available to support all CRE sub-sectors aligned to our investment activity, with subsequent investment finance available for longer-term hold, investment assets on completion.
