This form is a collection point of suspicious/fraudulent text messages or emails you may have received claiming to be from us. Please fill in the below form along with a screenshot of the communication and we will look into it.
 
If you have a business account with AIB, please enter your 8 digit account number in the 'Registration Number' field.
 
For all other queries please contact us here as we cannot assist with other banking requests.
 
We will never send you a text message or email, requesting you to click a link and log into your account. We will never request OTP codes or card reader codes to be provided to us on foot of an unexpected call, text or email.
