Planned Cards and Payments Essential Maintenance 20 October 2024

Cards

On Sunday 20 October 2024, between 1:00 to 7:00, you may not be able to use your AIB debit and credit card online, due to planned maintenance on our systems. Cards will work as normal at Cash Machines or when presented in physical locations.

Payments

Personal Channels:

Due to essential maintenance, our Payment services won’t be available from 2:00 to 10:00 on 20 October 2024.  During this time you won’t be able to make payments via Internet or Phone Banking.

Everything else will be available as normal (Account Balances, Lost & Stolen Cards, etc).

If you have any queries please call our Phoneline Banking on 0345 601 6262, log in and choose option zero (0) and one of our Customer Service Advisers will be happy to help you. Our advisers are available Monday – Sunday 09:00 – 17:00  (including Bank Holidays).

Business Channels:

Due to essential maintenance, our Internet Business Banking (iBB) services won’t be available from 2:00 to 10:00 on 20 October 2024.
