Planned Credit and Debit Card Essential Maintenance on 19 October 2025.
On Sunday 19 October 2025, between 01:00 to 07:00, you may not be able to use your AIB debit and credit card online, due to planned maintenance on our systems. Cards will work normally for other types of card payments at Cash Machines, or in physical locations.
If you have a question, you can contact us between 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Sunday on (028) 9033 0099 for debit cards, or (028) 9023 6644 for credit cards.
