Check the list of the 2023 AIB Community €1 Million Fund Charities
The AIB Community €1 Million Fund Community was launched in 2022 to support the charities close to the hearts of our colleagues, customers and communities. This has enabled more than 70 charities locally and nationally to benefit from funding. The UK portion of the Fund is split across Northern Ireland and Great Britain
Aligned with our Sustainability strategy, our ambition in launching the Fund is to have a meaningful impact by supporting our communities. We believe the work you do matters.
The awards process is simple and straightforward. Members of the public nominated charities for the Public Fund, whilst AIB colleagues nominated for the Employee Fund. Those shortlisted then give a short presentation to AIB UK Charity Forum colleagues and an external independent representative.
Shortlisted charities were then advised of their award – for the Public Fund this was up to £15,000 and for the Employee Fund Awardees received up to £5,500
