Simply log into Online Banking and select ‘Recent Transactions’ from the ‘Accounts’ drop down menu. Once the ‘Recent Transactions’ screen appears, your ‘Pending Transactions’ will be displayed at the top of the screen .
You can change the account displayed by using the drop down menu on the top right hand corner of the page.
Call 0345 601 6262† and log in to Phoneline Banking.
Press 1 for balance and transaction information and follow the steps to obtain further details on your pending transactions.
