What should I do, if my company's personnel changes result in amendments needed to the account mandate and I use Internet Business Banking (iBB)?
If the changes to the Account Mandate affects the signing and authority on the iBB facility, you will need to complete a new iBB Resolution Form which can be found here – iBB Application Forms and Resolutions (aibni.co.uk)
