I have just received my Personal Access Code (PAC) in the post. What do I do now?

If you have received your Personal Access Code (PAC) by post you must activate it before logging on to any of our Online Services.
Simply call Phoneline Banking on 0345 601 6262†, press hash (#) and we will be happy to help you activate your PAC. We are available between 8am and 12am (Midnight), 7 days a week.
Note please destroy your Personal Access Code (PAC) once you have memorised it.
