How do I unlock my Digipass?

Local Administrator: Contact our iBB Customer Support team on 0370 243 0331†. Make sure you have your iBB User ID ready.

Other Users:  Go to www.aibgb.co.uk/ibusinessbanking and Log into iBB. 

Enter your User ID and click on continue. 

Select 'Unlock Digipass' and enter your Passphrase. Key in the 7 digital LKD Code displayed on your Digipass into the Unlock Code field in IBB. . 

Your Local Administrator must validate your Unlock Request and give you an 8 digit Unlock Code which you then need to key into your Digipass. Depending on your iBB set-up, a second validation may be required. 

NB: Successful entries will be prompted to key in a new 4 digit PIN for use on the Digipass.
