How do I update my personal details?

 

Online Banking

To update your personal details, log into Online Banking and select ’My Details’ from the ’Services & Settings’ drop down menu. You can change your Home, Mobile and Work telephone number, as well as your email address. You will need your Card Reader to complete this process.

Please note that you cannot change your address via ’My Details’. If you are registered for Online Services (Online and Phoneline Banking) you can change your address over the telephone if you have a Card Reader. Simply call Phoneline Banking on 0345 601 6262†, log in and choose option zero (0) and we will be happy to help you. We are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (excluding Bank Holidays).
