How do I stop or cancel a cheque/cheque book?

Call 0345 600 5204† between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. A customer service adviser may be able to cancel your cheque/cheque book.

Make sure that you have the cheque number and amount of the cheque you wish to stop

Note: If a cheque has already been processed on your account, this cannot be cancelled.
