How do I get my payment transaction history?

At closure of a Personal or Business Current Account, five years of transaction history will be automatically provided to you in paper format, free of charge.
If you would like to request your payment transaction history for an account you have already closed, you can call us on 0345 6005 204† and we will be happy to order your five year transaction history for you.
You can do this for up to 5 years after closing your account as we will only provide your payment transaction history for the period when your account was open prior to your request. There is no charge for this service.
