Changes to how you log into Online Banking
From the end of March 2021 we will be asking you to enter all 5 digits of your Personal Access Code (PAC) instead of 3 random digits when logging into Online Banking, and again when we ask you for your PAC when completing certain transactions when logged in.
This change is part of a system update and it will ensure your online banking has an extra layer of security. The Phoneline Banking service will remain unchanged.
Please remember: WE WILL NEVER CONTACT you by email, text or phone asking for a code. These codes are the way to make money leave your account. NEVER SHARE THEM with anyone, not even a member of our fraud team.
