Apply for IBB

When applying for iBB, each customer will have to fill out the application form and the relevant resolution form(s). When filling out the application form, at the top of the form you will be asked if you are a Single or Group Entity; you tick off which applies to you, fill out the form then fill out the relevant resolution form(s) you will need for your iBB application. Each customer will have to fill out certain resolution form(s) depending on their business type.

Those who are part of a Group Entity company will need to fill out multiple resolution forms, depending on your role in your company:

• A company who wishes to be the Lead Entity of a Group company will need to fill out the Group Lead Entity resolution form
• All companies who wish to be part of the Group, but not as Lead Entity, will need to fill out Group Company resolution form
• An LLP who wishes to be Lead Entity of a Group Company will need to fill out Group Lead LLP resolution form
• All LLP’s who wish to be part of a Group but not as Lead Entity, will need to fill out Group Company LLP resolution form
• A Partnership who wished to be Lead Entity of a Group Company will need to fill out Group Lead Partnership form
• Any Sole Trader or Partnership who wish to become part of a Group Company but not as Lead Entity will need to fill out Group Sole Trader or Partnership form.
