Important changes to terms and conditions effective 9 April 2025
On 9 April 2025 we will be adding in two new clauses, and we have included the details below:
- ‘What happens if you have paid money to a fraudster’. This clause outlines some new information in relation to Authorised Push Payment (APP) Fraud.
Authorised Push Payment (APP) Fraud happens when you are tricked by a fraudster into paying money to an account that they control. You can find out some more information about APP Fraud on our website aibgb.co.uk/app-fraud. - Non branch lodgements’. This clause covers new ways to lodge cash to your account and we have detailed how this will impact your daily limits.
