We have a team to help if you are acting on behalf of a customer who has passed away.

When a loved one or a close relative passes away there’s a lot to do. Bank accounts may not be important right now, but it’s the very time when you may need access to money to pay funeral expenses for example.

Our team is here to help. They will be your single point of contact.

So if a customer of ours who is your partner, spouse or loved one has died please give us the details using our Notification of Customer’s Death form; and contact us by:
