What is a Local Administrator?

A Local Administrator is the person with 'System Administrator' iBB Admin rights who looks after the day-to-day operation of iBB for you. At least one Local Administrator should be selected to carry out this role.

NB A Local Administrator can only be set up by the bank upon written instruction by completing the 'Add Local Administrator or Payment Authoriser' amendment form. This can be found in the Forms section of the Help Centre.
