How do I check my account balance & available funds?

iBusiness Banking
Your Available Balance will be displayed in the Account Information screen
NB: to ensure all balances are displayed make sure 'ALL' is selected in the GROUP dropdown.
To view the Limit on an account, select Detailed Balances and an account from the dropdown list and click on 'Limit'.

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking. You will be presented with a list of your account balances and available funds.

Phoneline Banking
Call 0345 601 6262† and log in to Phoneline Banking.
Press 1 for balance and transaction information and follow the steps to obtain the information you require on account balance and available funds. -
