How do I authorise access to a Third Party Provider (TPP)?
Local Administrators only: To avail of a TPP service you will first need to contact us on 0345 241 1871 as we will need to check your eligibility and enable your access. This can take up to one business day. Click here to see if you are eligible
You will receive a message in iBB to confirm that you have been successfully enabled to share account information with a TPP
You will then be able to grant access to the TPP from their website. The TPP will redirect you to your new iBusiness Banking channel where you will need to log in using your existing iBB credentials and authorise the TPP access.
