How do I change my Personal Access Code (PAC) ?

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and click 'Service & Settings' from the top of the screen. Select 'Change PAC' and follow the instructions on the screen.
Remember your Personal Access Code (PAC) should never be written down or disclosed to anyone else.

Phoneline Banking
Log in to Phoneline Banking using your existing Personal Access Code (PAC). After you have entered your log in details, select option 3 from the main Phone Banking menu and then select option 3 to change your Personal Access Code (PAC). Follow the prompts to change your PAC.
