If you have forgotten your Online Services Registration Number you can receive a reminder of this online by clicking on the Forgot your login details link available on the Online Banking login page. Simply follow the on screen instructions to receive a reminder of your Registration Number.
Personal Access Code (PAC)
If you have forgotten your PAC, you will need to talk to one of our Customer Service Advisers by calling 0345 601 6262 and pressing hash (#). Our advisers are available between 8am and 12am (Midnight), 7 days a week.

A Customer Service adviser will be able to tell you your registration number over the phone, once you have completed the required security checks.
A new Personal Access Code (PAC) can either be created whilst you are on the phone (you will need to have a new Personal Access Code (PAC) in mind) or ordered by the Customer Services adviser. It will arrive by post within three to five banking days.
