How do I register for Online and Phoneline Banking?

Simply call Phoneline Banking on 0345 601 6262†, press hash (#) and we will be happy to help you. We are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays) and will register you and activate the service for you while you are on the phone. The registration process only takes a few minutes and you can start using the service immediately.

Complete and return the form to the freepost address provided. You will receive your registration number and Personal Access Code (PAC) by post in three to five banking days.
