How do I update the contact details on my account?

Speak to Us
If you are registered for Online Banking, please call Phoneline Banking on 0345 601 6262†, log in and choose option zero (0) and we will be happy to help you. We are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (excluding Bank Holidays).
If you are not registered for Online Banking please call our Customer Services team on 0345 6005 925† (lines are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holiday). Once they have completed some standard security questions with you, they will be happy to help you.

Online Banking
To update your contact details on your account, log in to Online Banking and click on 'Services & Settings' from the top of the screen. Then select 'My Details' from the drop down menu and follow the on screen instructions. You can change your Home, Mobile and Work telephone number, as well as your email address. You will need your Card Reader to complete this process.
Please note: If the address we hold for you is incorrect, please call Phoneline Banking on 0345 601 6262†, log in and press zero (0) to speak to us. We are available between 8am and 12am (Midnight), 7 days a week and will be happy to change your address. You will need your Card Reader to complete this process.
