To update your contact details on your account, log in to Online Banking and click on 'Services & Settings' from the top of the screen. Then select 'My Details' from the drop down menu and follow the on screen instructions. You can change your Home, Mobile and Work telephone number, as well as your email address. You will need your Card Reader to complete this process.

We are available between 8am and 12am (Midnight), 7 days a week and will be happy to change your address. You will need your Card Reader to complete this process.
