How do I change the date on a Standing Order

To change the date on a standing order, you will need to cancel the existing one and set up a new standing order.

Click on Standing Orders on the left navigation bar.

Click on 'Manage' and select the relevant standing order from the list that appears and click cancel.

After authorising the cancel request, you then need to click on the option to 'Create' within the Standing Order menu.

Follow the onscreen instructions to set up with the new date.

You will require your Digipass to confirm the requests.
