How do I cancel a Direct Debit?

Log in to Online Banking and click on ‘Pay & Transfer' from the top of the screen. Then select ‘Direct Debits’ from the drop down menu. 'Cancel’ is available on the right of the screen.

Note: You will also need to send the direct debit cancellation request in writing to the originating company.
