How do I search for a cheque on my account?

iBusiness Banking
Select cheque search from the Account Information menu.
Enter the requested information and click on Apply Query.

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and click 'Services & Settings' from the top of the screen. Then select 'Cheques ' from the drop down menu followed by 'Cheque Search'. Choose the account you wish to search, enter the cheque number and select 'Search'.
Note: You will need the number of the cheque you wish to search for.

Phoneline Banking
You can search for a cheque by calling 0345 601 6262† and logging in to Phoneline Banking.
Press option 1 for Additional Account Balances and Transaction Information, then select option 3 to search for a cheque and follow the prompts to complete your request.
