Where can I see all the payments I have made?

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and select the account you wish to view by clicking on it from the list under 'My Accounts'. The 'Recent Transactions' screen will open and you can view the last 100 lines of transactions or transactions from the last six months whichever is shortest.
To see pending debit card transactions on your account, click 'Pending' towards the top of the 'Recent Transaction' screen.
To see all of the payments you have made through Online or Phoneline Banking, click on 'Pay & Transfer' at the top of the screen and then 'Payment History'.

Simply call Phoneline Banking on 0345 601 6262†, log in and choose option zero (0) and we will be happy to provide details of the payments you have made. We are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (excluding Bank Holidays).
