How often will my statements be available to view online?

Your eStatements for branch based accounts will be available for viewing online as frequently as you currently receive them by post. You will be able to view your eStatements for up to seven years.

You will be able to view your Credit Card eStatements issues on or after the 6 November 2014 for up to seven years.

Log in to Online Banking and click 'Accounts' from the top of the screen.
Select 'eStatements' from the drop down menu.
Click the eStatement icon next to the account you wish to view.
