eStatement guide
eStatements are a free, convenient and secure method of receiving your personal account and credit card statements. They are available through the Online Banking service where you will also have the option to stop receiving your statements in paper format.

Available on eligible accounts without the need to register
You can now see eStatements online on your eligible accounts without the need to register for the service.
You will continue to receive your paper statements as well unless you choose to stop these. -
Accessible for up to seven years
eStatements will be available online for up to seven years for bank accounts.
You will be able to view your Credit Card eStatements issued on or after the 6 November 2014 for up to seven years. -
Available in PDF format so it can be easily viewed, saved or printed
eStatements are in PDF format so you can view and print these easily.
You also have the option of saving them locally on your PC if you would like to maintain a file of your banking records at home.

Stop Paper Statements
With Online Banking you can choose to 'Stop Paper Statements' on your accounts.
Just four simple steps, all you need is your Online Banking login details and your mobile phone number.Step 1. Log into Online Banking
Step 2. Choose ‘eStatements’ from the ‘Accounts’ menu
Step 3. Select the ‘X’ beside the account you wish to stop paper statements for or select ‘Stop all paper statements’ and follow the on screen instructions.
Step 4. Confirm your mobile number.
You will receive a text message each time a new eStatement is available to view simply login to Online Banking to view your eStatement.Don’t forget
If you change your mobile phone number make sure you keep us up to date.
Update your contact details using ‘My Details’ in Online Banking (you will need your card reader to complete this process). -
View Your eStatements
An eStatement is an electronic version of your printed bank account or credit card statement. eStatements will be available online for up to seven years for bank accounts. You will be able to view your credit card eStatements issued on or after 6 November 2014 for up to seven years.
If you need a paper statement on your account, you can print your eStatement. For your most up to date transaction you can order an out of course statement at any time and your eStatement will be available to view the next day and a paper statement will be posted to you also.
If you want to save your eStatements you can download and save these on your computer or device if you prefer.
