If you are registered for Online Services (Online and Phoneline Banking) you can change your address over the telephone if you have a Card Reader or Code Card.
Simply call Phoneline Banking on 0345 601 6262†, log in and choose option zero (0) and we will be happy to help you. We are available between 8am and 12am (Midnight), 7 days a week.
You can change your address on Online Banking for your Allied Irish Bank (GB) Credit Cards only.
Log in to Online Banking and click on 'Services & Settings' from the top of the screen, then select 'Mange My Cards' from the drop down list.
Select the credit card you wish to change the address on and then select 'Change Credit Card Address' from the menu.
Note: You will need your card reader or code card to complete this request.
