How do I order a certificate of interest?

  Insert: If you are registered for Online and Phoneline Banking you can order a certificate of interest over the telephone.

  Simply call Phoneline Banking on 0345 601 6262†, log in and choose option zero (0) and we will be happy to help you. We are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday (excluding Bank Holidays). 

  If you are not registered for Online Services please call 0345 6005 204 (between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) with your account details and we will be able to order a certificate of interest on your behalf, once you complete our standard security checks.

• Online Banking

  To order a certificate of interest please follow the steps below:-

  1. Log in to Online Banking and click 'Services & Settings' from the top of the screen.

  2. Select 'My Messages' from the drop down menu.

  3. Click on the 'New Query' button to send a message to our team.

  4. Please provide details of the Account(s) and the Tax Year for which you require the Certificate of Interest e.g. Please provide a Certificate of Interest on my account 12345678 for the tax year ending April 2016.

  5. On receipt of your message our team will process your request and your Certificate of Interest should be received within 3-5 banking days. We will send a message to confirm your request has been processed.
